Consulting Architect :
I talked to Larry Orton, Vice-Chairaan of the Planning Commission and
Commissioner in charge of Education matters in the Capital Budget, yesterday
about @ permanent and temporary site for sudject college in the Bedford-
Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn.
We egreed that an eventual size for permanent site should be thought
of at a size of about fifteen acres.
He felt that we had made the eppropriate approach to the Commission
and promised cooperation (and I hope results - we shall see).

The Boord of Higher Education is the board of trustees for the City University of New York. The nine colleges of the City University ore
City, Hunter, Brooklyn, and Queens Collogos, the Staten Islond, Bronx and Queensborough Community Colleges and two new community
colleges in Brooklyn and Manhatiaa, Tho community colleges are administered under the program af the State Univarsity of Now Yors.
