Grievance: Colleges having sufficient course offerings, contact hours and
student enrollment to reinstate retrenched members of the unit
as full time members of the instructional staff are instead
filling these full time positions with adjunct appointments
Violations: Entire Agreement, especially Article 31
Bylaws, especially 6.9 (f)
Retrenchment Guidelines, especially Criteria to be Applied

Rehiring retrenched full time members of the unit in the positions
they previously held as members of the instructional staff in every
department where there are sufficient course offerings, contact
hours and student enrollment in appropriate reverse order of
discontinuance .
